IR NETWORK UPDATE
We are really hoping that we can pull together a good number of IR Network members for the conference. We will be circulating a call for a PhD student event in the coming week that we hope many will be able to attend. We are envisaging this as a mentoring opportunity as well, with the input of faculty. If you have ideas for panels, please can you let me know and I can circulate them to the IR Network membership. Here is one so far:

- Richard Jackson plans to present a paper on Israeli State Terrorism as a Public Secret. If it fits with others, he would be happy to be part of a panel. Please can you email him (richard.jackson@otago.ac.nz) to discuss.
